I’ll be sharing a very simple recipe for today’s post. Tuna Spring Roll. It is like your ordinary spring roll only instead of pork meat it is tuna. Let’s start!
1 180g canned tuna drained
1 med onion chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
2 pcs ripe Saba mashed
Salt & Pepper
Handful of Spinach leaves blanched (optional)
1 cup cooking oil
Spring Roll Wrapper
1. In a bowl, mix tuna, onion, garlic, saba, and spinach leaves.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap mixture in spring roll wrapper
4. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
